Jan ’10: Plot 3500, Manchester Business Park

This prestigious office development within Goodmans Manchester Business Park and adjacent to Manchester International Airport has now achieved practical completion.

Built by Bowmer & Kirkland with the landscape contractors Whiting Landscapes the development achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good'.

The building, which occupies a prominent position on the entrance to the business park, was designed by Scott Brownrigg Architects with Bea Landscape Design as project Landscape Architects.
