Project Description:
Bea were commissioned by Easter Developments Ltd as Master planners and detailed design consultants for this ninety acre business and technology park for the Easter Group on the outskirts of Luton. Park Centre and Village, a single smaller phase of the larger scheme, was successfully completed in 2007.

As the Butterfield Development continues to expand based on the original master plan and landscape strategy Bea continue to provide the crucial landscape design consultancy services.

In 2008 the Village won the Green Office of the year award due to its sustainable credentials and BREEAM ratings.
