Project Description:
Master Plan Landscape Architects for campus style business park on behalf of Arlington Securities. Appointed for the detail design of infrastructure and individual plot landscapes including water features and buffer zone landscape.

Since the 1980’s Bea Landscape Design has been responsible for the design of the landscaping to the individual plots developed by the client including the carrying out Landscape Maintenance Audits for the entire park in 2001.

In 2009 Bea Landscape Design were responsible for the reconfiguration of the landscaping to allow for the letting of an office block for the secure headquarters of the West Midlands Police.

Bea Landscape Design are regularly commissioned by Goodmans and are currently involved in the developing Manchester Business Park.
