Project Description:
Bea Landscape Design were initially commissioned in 2006 to develop landscape proposals for the Whitesmore housing development at Chapelhouse Road in conjunction with the appointed project Ecologist to achieve planning permission and maximum credits under BRE’s ‘EcoHomes’ scheme.

In 2007 Bea were appointed to develop a conceptual Master Plan for the adjacent public open space in response to public consultation. Working closely with North Solihull Regeneration Partnership and Solihull MBC detailed play area and planting proposals were prepared and submitted for planning approval. The scheme was successfully completed in 2008.

Working with Bellway Homes since 2000 Bea Landscape Design are retained Landscape Design consultants for their Midlands region.
