A reclamation and development project for B1, B2, B8 uses of mixed agricultural and reclaimed colliery areas. The project involved the coordination and preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments including major digital ground modelling.  Over the last 20 years Bea also provided Arboricultural and detailed landscape design services and well as producing management and maintenance plans for this huge 5m+ sq ft site.

Birch Coppice was one of the first of a new generation of rail served industrial parks designed in accordance with client requirements to provide an industrial estate with a parkland setting. Part of the works involved the design of a drainage filtration system using SAP ponds and reed beds creating new habitats and open space.

Originally commissioned in 1997 Bea Landscape Design was retained as Landscape Architects for all phases of development which is now home to retail giants Ocado, Euro Car Parts, VW and UPS.
