Project Description:
Initially appointed to carry out a tree survey for the site Bea Landscape Design was commissioned as part of the design competition winning team to design all of the hard and soft landscaping for a corporate Flagship scheme in the centre of Birmingham.
The scheme proposes the creation of a retirement village centred around communal facilities and internal streets which include shops, pubs, cafes and welfare facilities.
The assessment of the existing trees and landscape design was integral to the scheme located within the Hagley Road Conservation Area.
