Project Description:
Master Plan Landscape Architects for campus style business park on behalf of Arlington Securities. Appointed for the detail design of infrastructure and individual plot landscapes including water features and buffer zone landscape.
Since the 1980’s Bea Landscape Design has been responsible for the design of the landscaping to the individual plots developed by the client including carrying out Landscape Maintenance Audits for the entire park in 2001 and the re-configuring of the landscaping for the West Midlands Police headquarters in 2009.
More recent commissions for new owners Canmoor, centred on the development of the remaining plots at the park .
