Project Description:
Bea Landscape Design were appointed by XLB Property alongside project architects Frank Shaw Associates to deliver a prestige 40,653 sq ft grade A office accommodation at Capital Park, Cambridge.
The commission included both arboricultural and landscape consultancy services from inception to completion onsite, with Bea Landscape Design being both retained as the clients agent and novated to the contractor Buckingham Group during the construction phase.
The project also involved the extension of the CPC1 car park and the design of the landscape for the new on site cafeteria.
