Bea Landscape Design were appointed alongside architects Scott Brownrigg as part of the Goodman design team to deliver the prestigious 41,6300 sq ft UK Headquaters building for PZ Cussons at Manchester Business Park.

The commission included both arboricultural and landscape consultancy services from inception to completion onsite, with Bea Landscape Design being both retained as the clients agent and novated to the contractor Bowmer & Kirkland during the construction phase.

The plot and infrastructure landscaping was designed to create an immediate impact when viewed from Aviator Way, with plant species carefully selected to minimise the risk of bird strike to the nearby Manchester airport and meet with Breeam requirements, liaising closely with the project ecologists to maximise the available credits.

Bea Landscape Design have partnered with Goodman on a variety of projects including the Silverstone Technology Park, Thorp Arch Estate, Birmingham Business Park and most recently in obtaining planning permission for a further 90,000 sq ft at Manchester Business Park.
