As Master Plan landscape consultants Bea Landscape Design were commissioned in 2000 to provide consultancy services for the planning application by Bryant and Westbury Homes for the initial phase of development. Further commissions included the design of plot landscapes and the extensive public open spaces within the 60 hectare development including Trunkfield Brook and Cathedral Walk.

Bea Landscape Design were instructed to prepare detailed planting and hard landscape proposals for Trunkfield Brook, Cathedral Walk, the associated linkage spaces and play area in close liaison with Lichfield District Councils Parks and Leisure Department.
