Bea Landscape Design was originally appointed in 2008, working along site Hale Architects, to provide Landscape and Arboricultural Services for a proposed development of light industrial units and Data Centres with ancillary office space, with B1C, B2, B8 uses on the edge of the MOD QinetiQ site.

The practice assisted in the preparation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) by providing a detailed Landscape & Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) to support the redevelopment of the site.  As part of the application Bea also provided tree surveys, landscape strategy proposals, woodland and landscape management plans, followed by detailed hard & soft landscape proposals.

The practice has been involved in providing detailed designs for planning and construction for various iterations of the site layouts up to 2016.
