Originally commissioned in 2006 to prepare concept landscape proposals and carry out a tree survey to inform the re-development of the brown field former Magnetic Industrial Estate Bea Landscape Design was commissioned by Bellway Homes (West Midlands) Ltd to prepared both plot and public open space landscape proposals including a bespoke play area design.

Following close liaison with Cannock Chase District Council planning approval was awarded for the 184 plot site in 2012.

As part of the redevelopment of the industrial estate Bea Landscape Design were also commissioned by Extra Care to provide landscape proposals for the adjacent care home development.

The practice has worked with Bellway Homes West Midlands providing Arboricultural and landscape design services including LVIA's and play area designs since 1999.
