Working in collaboration with Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council and Bellway Homes, Bea Landscape design has been heavily involved in the major redevelopment of the Solihull areas of Smith’s Wood, Kingshurst and Fordbridge and Chelmsley Wood as part of the North Solihull Regeneration project.

Appointed in 2007 as Landscape Consultants the practice has provided arboricultural consultancy services, conceptual designs and detailed designs for housing plot frontages, public open spaces (POS) and play areas attending numerous public consultations, presentations and site inspections through the life of the project which was successfully completed in 2016.
