Public Realm

Northfield Village is an Elderly Care Mixed Use development located in Stafford which comprises a diverse range of facilities and a specialist dementia unit.  The central Community Hub lies at the heart of this scheme and is accessed by a linear public realm which dissects the site, allowing dominant pedestrian links to the surrounding community and a place to sit and relax in the central plaza. 

Bea Landscape Design Ltd was instructed at the inception of this £23 million unique development to provide landscape concepts.  Since planning approval was granted we have successfully managed the project through difficult Arboricultural constraints, hard and soft landscape details and implementation of external works which were completed in 2015.  Northfield Village has achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating.
