Project Description:
BEA Landscape Design are pleased to have been working on behalf of IM Properties for their new £30M flagship headquarters in Solihull.
BEA provided both the hard and soft landscape designs from concept stage through planning, tender and contract administration to bring this high-quality scheme to life.
The practice worked closely with the Architect and planting and paving suppliers to select to best products for the job and carried out regular site inspections up to completion to oversee the works.
The project was successfully completed in August 2019.
