Project Description:
Longshaw Estate is an area of moorland, woodland and farmland located within the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire. Commissioned by the National Trust in 2011, Bea Landscape Design prepared the initial tree survey and concept proposals for the redesign and extension of Woodcroft car park, off Owler Bar Road.
Having identified funding for the car park, the National Trust again appointed the practice in 2014 to develop the design, tender and administer the contract for the works on site.
The car park was completed and opened to the public in July 2015.
