Bea Landscape Design is pleased to be working on behalf of IM Properties again for the detailed submission for five high-tech industrial units on part of the Blythe Valley Park campus in Solihull, West Midlands.
The practice will be providing extensive planting proposals for planning and construction purposes to facilitate links to the wider site and adjacent Country Park. Work will involve close liaison with the local authority and project Ecologists to establish diverse habitats and ensure the protection of species such Great Crested Newts.
Bea’s relationship with IM Properties continues following the successful completion of Birch Coppice Business Park this year, for which the practice provided continuous Arboricultural and landscape design services for this vast site since 1998.
